January 10, 2003 - New Features Introduced At CampusRent. We have revamped the add apartments for rent section. Adding new functionality and ease of use. Included is a new revenue model.

February 7, 2003 - Welcome a new website into the Campus Family. CampusRoommates.com

March 17, 2003 - ApartmentRentCentral has a new look and over 30,000 web pages. We also revamped our revenue model.

September 5, 2003 - Product Announcement: The Virtual Office Software, expected lanuch 90 days, for real estate brokerages. Using in conjunction with our lead management software and program, the real estate agent will have through one interface a whole suite of office tools to assist them with real estate transactions.

December 9, 2003 - Welcome to our neighbors north of the border. CampusRent.Canada

May, 2004 - Google. Agreement with Google for adversing programs.

January 2005 - New advertising programs and flat fee programs for CampusRent and Apartment Rent Central.

January 2006 - Expansion of program with Google.
